Ms Genny Chia is the Founder and Principal Image Trainer of Style Infinity – an Image and Personal Branding company which offers personal grooming and branding guidance to corporate professionals and executives. Its services include personalised image consultations as well as protocol and etiquette courses.

Genny possesses a wide range of professional credentials endorsed and awarded by various internationally-recognised organisations. She is a Certified Image Consultant with the London Image Institute. While undergoing training with the London Image Institute, she was personally trained by Lynn Marks, the founder and who is also one of the only seven Certified Image Masters in the world and also by Christina Ong, a Certified Image Professional with ImageAsia Training, an internationally acclaimed joint certification training programme of the ImageWorks Asia Academy for advanced Image Consulting and Professional Development. Genny is also an associate member of the Association of Image Consultants International, AICI South Asia Chapter and is currently serving in the sub committee for events management.

Genny received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Open University of the United Kingdom, as well as a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore. Prior to her career as an image trainer, she was holding an executive position with a subsidiary firm of Jardine Matheson, after which she joined Singapore Airlines as a flight attendant. Through her work experiences in these fields, Genny obtained valuable insights into marketing communications, business development, and corporate culture. Her experience in areas like service procedures, passenger handling, deportment, grooming, language and communication skills with Singapore Airlines – which is recognised both within as well as beyond the airline industry for being the best in the world – gave Genny the priceless expertise to develop and manage the customer service excellence that she, and Style Infinity, have come to be known for.

She offers one on one consultations with clients and conducts seminars on effective personal conduct, deportment and communication skills.
